With the general rundown of the BR/Brush Class 60 locomotive in full swing, plus the wonder of modern technology which is the mobile phone equipped with camera and Blogger, this blog will attempt to keep you informed as to the activities of the Class in its final days/months/years (?).
It's also an excuse to have a dip into other items of interest to a typical rail enthusiast and of course, have the occasional rant!
Toton Tugs
The Pye Bridge Pie-Man railtour on December 12th included a trundle around the back of Toton depot offering the chance to see many of the 60's stored there. 60052 and 60080 started off the list of around 30 loco's on and around the main shed.
